'Advaitha Anatha Anubava Eidaiyidu' is one of the important pathikams of Thiruarutpa that tell directly and simply about spiritual techniques.  Senior sanmargi. Thiru. MUPA ayya provided explanation for this pathikam.  This pathikam contains 10 songs; out of which only the explanation for the first 3 songs are available.  Sometime ago, i posted these audio files, and i deleted that post due to the controversy it created with regard to the Vedantha Siththantha Samarasam.  People argued variously about that missing the main point of samarasam between vedantham and siththantham. I am reluctantly reposting this due to the persistent requests of some of the users of this website.
